Hello! My name is Kristen Martin Riley and I am an American Red Cross certified CPR/AED and Lifeguarding Instructor. Thank you for visiting my website!
I have been trained in Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid since 2001. In 2015, I decided to take my skill set up a notch and obtain my Lifeguarding, CPR/AED and First Aid Instructor Certifications. I have taught classes at a few universities and one of the largest teaching hospitals in Boston. After gaining some valuable teaching experience from these institutions, I decided to take the next step, start my own business… and here we are!
I am available to train and recertify in American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid and Lifeguarding curriculums. A detailed list of available courses can be found in the following pages. If My 'About Me' Wasn't Enough
I am not originally from the Boston area, I moved here in 2010, thought it was a pretty amazing city and decided to stick around. Besides teaching Lifeguarding and CPR classes, I can be found hiking in the White Mountains of NH, downhill skiing in Maine, or at the gym. I have always been passionate about being active.
