Course Formats:

In-Person Only - This is an instructor led program designed to teach and train participants in how best to respond in an emergency situation. This format is generally preferred by those that have had exposure to this material before.

In-Person and Online Content - This program offers participants the opportunity to see and review all required content and skills prior to an in-person skills session with the instructor. During the in-person skills session of class, online content will be reviewed briefly. The major focus will be on proper technique and bringing all skills together for a full understanding of how best to respond in an emergency situation. This format is usually preferred by those who have not had exposure to this material previously.
